Next, locate your image file, and select Insert. Select the Pictures icon from the pop-up box and choose Picture from File. In the Signature Name box, choose the signature you want to add your badge to and select Edit. Open a new message and then select " Signature" > " Manage Signatures". You'll want to make sure that they are able to click on the badge and learn that it belongs to you! Select " Save.
